Payroll Processing

Print and deliver the pay slips and reports to the location designated by the client.

Electronic Bank Payments
Ensure on time payment of net pay direct deposits to employees, tax and third party bodies
Data Recovery
Daily system backups to ensure no data is lost and disaster recovery plan is enforced
Filing payroll information to tax jurisdictions
SBI will report all wages and withholding to the jurisdictions as required by the country or locality
Retain copies (paper or electronic) of all tax files for the statutory length of time.
End of Year Processing
- Manage all aspects for the year end activities or behalf of the client
- Provide client with firm timetables for any corrections or adjustment to identify when forms and files must be completed
- Audit and test files will be sent to the client for review early in the fourth quarter and at least once each month.
- All year end forms to be provided to employees will be created and sent to the client
Master file maintenance
All master file changes are to be manually entered by client or updated through an interface
SBI will not update master file data for the client
