Quarter End Proccess
Beginning mid quarter audit and balance reports will be created and sent to the clients to be reviewed
and approved. If changes are needed in any employees records client will make changes as needed
Create and distribute reports
- Negative wage report
- Negative tax report
- Taxes out of balance report (reconciles statutory tax balances)
- Apply for tax jurisdiction accounts
- Prepare all quarterly statutory tax reports and file with government agencies
